This policy explains how Riderslead processes and delivers orders. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery cost
Standard delivery is free on all UK orders. The delivery options available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and transit times
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays begin processing on the next business day. After processing, transit typically takes 2-4 business days, so most orders arrive within 3-5 business days in total. Transit estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier or destination conditions.
Orders placed before 5 pm UK time on a business day begin processing the same day.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the order unless we agree a longer period with you.
Tracking
When your order ships we email a confirmation with tracking details where the carrier provides them.
Problems with delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at contact@riderslead.co.uk with your order number and we will chase the carrier and keep you informed.
