This policy explains how Riderslead processes and delivers orders. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery cost
Standard delivery is free on all UK orders. The delivery options available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within one working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated delivery
Standard delivery normally arrives within two to four working days after processing, so most orders arrive within three to five working days of the order date. Estimates are not guarantees. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the order unless we agree a longer period with you.
Tracking
When your order ships we email a confirmation with tracking details where the carrier provides them.
Problems with delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at contact@riderslead.co.uk with your order number and we will chase the carrier and keep you informed.
