You can cancel an order with Riderslead both before and after delivery.
Before dispatch
Email contact@riderslead.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it and refund you in full.
After dispatch
If the order has already shipped, it falls under your 14-day right to cancel — see our Returns and Refunds page, which explains how to cancel and return the goods and when you will be refunded.
Cancellations by us
Occasionally we may need to cancel an order, for example if an item is unexpectedly unavailable or a pricing error is identified. If that happens we will contact you promptly and refund any payment in full. We will never dispatch a substitute product without asking you first.
