When your order is dispatched we send a confirmation email with tracking details where the carrier provides them.
Checking on an order
If you have not received a dispatch email within two working days of ordering, or your tracking has not updated, email contact@riderslead.co.uk with your order number and we will check it and come back to you.
Delivery estimates
Order before 5 pm UK time on a working day for same-day dispatch, otherwise the next working day. Standard delivery normally takes a further two to four working days, so most orders arrive within three to five working days. See our Delivery page for full details.
